	Qualified as a chartered accountant in May 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from University of Ife(now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife. He had his professional training with A.B. Adepeju & Co., (Chartered Accountants) and the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co., (Chartered Accountants) He left KPMG Peat Marwick to join the Treasury department of defunct Capital Bank International Plc and later work as Finance Controller of Merchant Credits Limited. In the last decade he has been an independent consultant to small and medium enterprises in the area of management, accounting, finance, taxation and secretarial services.		Qualified chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1982. She trained and worked with the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick Ani, Ogunde and Company, Ayorinde Thomas and Company and some other firms before joining Taisha Associates in 2004. She has acquired wide experience in accounting, auditing and taxation for period spanning over a decade in reputable firms and organizations in Nigeria. She has also had opportunity in assisting in various assignment carried out for Lagos State Government, such as tax audit, monitoring of revenue collection in tax stations to mention a few.

	Mr Tayo M. Oluwarotimi is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a fellow member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He qualified as a chartered accountant in May, 1989. Tayo graduated from The University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) with a Second Class Upper degree in Accounting in 1986. He’s also a 1994 MBA graduate of the University of Lagos. He had his professional training in the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co from 1987 to 1992. He moved to Midas Finance Ltd as the head of Finance Control till 1996 and later join Nigerite Limited as a Sales Manager in 1996.
